Description
Our Ratafia Champenois is a Geographical Indication (GI), so you will only find it here! With a discreet reputation, we have decided to introduce it to you.
An aperitif drink made from fresh grape juice (exclusively from the Champagne appellation) and Champagne brandy. Our favorite way to enjoy it: as an aperitif or a digestif, in complete conviviality. Also perfect in cocktails!
Food & wine pairings:
As an aperitif, for a "trou champenois" (a scoop of ice cream drizzled with Ratafia), with cheese, or dessert. Also delicious in cocktails!
